Experience & Background
Aaron Hill is a Senior Research Consultant for Advisory Board, currently leading a research team on the cross-industry impact of issues related to caring for an aging population. As a research leader, he oversees the direction and contributes to the content of the research in this area.
Before coming to the Cross-Industry team, Aaron worked on dynamics in the payer landscape for the Health Plan research team. His expertise includes pharmaceutical spend in general, with a special focus on the financial impact of emerging gene and cell therapy spend for plans.
Aaron comes to the Advisory Board from the NEWDIGS consortium at MIT, where he worked on developing innovative, private-side financing solutions for gene and cell therapies. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Modern European History.
